PHONE DEAD, CONTINIOUS NOISE
My telephone number 2491454 is not working properly for the last ten days. detailed complaints are like, It gives lot of noise, sometimes it will be dead, No ring sound, lot of complaints are being raised with bsnl servie reations officer& to cs care no 197 etc., but not yet solutions, this problems are going on from last 10 days, but bsnl officers are not helping us . today my line is completely dead, i am not able to use it,
Req an urgent solution on it .

My telephone connection (Tel No.[protected] was giving lot of noise for the last 10 days and presently is dead for the last 3 days. I am also not able to use my dataone internet connection because the above mentioned problem. I have lodged a complaint with BSNL and require an urgent solution to my problem.

My phone no.[protected] is not working since a month.Three times i booked the complaint on 198, but still the phone is dead.I have lodged complaint with BSNL which should be solved urgently.
