I have been facing network issue of BSNL in bangalore since one month after I ported to BSNL. The network shows full in phone, but when called it says "The Number you have called in not reachable". I have Ported to BSNL from Airtel on 22 August 2013.
I have been repeatedly calling customer care for the issue. But every customer care agent gives a false promise that we will rectify in two days. My last complaint number is 3I30KT385746.
The customer care agents are very arrogant, not helpful at all. I need the issue to be rectified as early as possible or at least get me an option to port out of BSNL immediately. Was this information helpful? |
