BSNL service to customer is horrible and poor.
We have raised a request for shifting of the phone by going personally and in written. A reference number([protected]) was issued and got a response through SMS later saying the service was completed. Everyday we call the people and the response was so bad, sometimes they cut the call in the middle. Sometime they wont lift the phone. Sometime People say they are coming. More than 2 weeks,still nothing has happened.
I dont know whether they will charge rent for even i dint use the connection and internet services for all these days.
People are no where accountable to the kind of work they do. I guess no proper monitoring mechanism and appraisal system is available for these so called public servants.
Request some help to solve my issues!!
