Dear Sir,
This complaint is regarding our land phone which we are not able to use for the past 8 months.So many times we have informed the nearest exchange(Nedupuzha)but the responce was pathetic.Unnecessarily we were paying our land line bill for past 8 months.The problem is when ever we are making or recieving a call we can not here the second parties voice because of the irritating sound similar to wind.when ever we complaint in the exchange they will say they will come and see...once they said their part is ok.What is that means?what shhould we do to make our part clear.Due to this we are not able to use the BSNL BROAD BAND also.So we have decided not to pay the rent this month.I have also been escalated this issue to MR.Ravi,engineer in the same exchange but he was also ignouring the same.Please advise what to do...

am frm puliyoor.last few days are our phone is not in useable condtion.many times we inform to our cheriyanadu exchange.but they are not take any action.still our phone is not working.we have bsnl broadband connection..this l affect our broadband connection.every month continue this problems.that exchange have many workers.they behave every body to culture less..and they use that type of words...they have no responsability..incase they solve any problems in our phone line-they ask money for to do that work.every people that using land phone under this exchange facing this problem.i hope that u will take a right action or advise them...
