Kindly assign USG301 code to phone +[protected] & send internet bill @ Rs.500pm for December, 2008-December, 2009, with deduction @Rs.250pm already paid in excess from December, 2008.
Please send a letter stating that the deduction has been approved.

Please send a revised bill for Rs.172 for March, 2009 which seems to be paid Rs. 922-750 = Rs.172, where the deduction amount is Rs.250pm for 3 months during December, 2008-February, 2009.

It is astonishing that you have reduced selling price, but bill @Rs.750pm basic is coming. BSNL employee been telling internet bills @Rs.500pm basic should have arrived.

We have received a flying phone call from Mr. Ujjal Adhikari, 2360 telephone exchange (Internal section), 1st floor, stating that phone call from 2nd line for internet is free as the internet connection is for unlimited download, this way the Sulabh II lock has been removed without written application, please return the call charges of Rs.6575.20:
