BSNL is the worst in the GSM networks, i guess
it has the worst network, iam using Bsnl from past 3 months, n iam suffering a lot because of this nonsense network, calls r just bound to disconnect,
n u have a probability of not getting connected to network, 9/10 times .
n the coustomer care, Oh my god, does that thing exists,
if it was legal, IF IT WAS LEGAL, I WOULD HAVE MURDERED EACH AND EVERY WORKING IN BSNL,

we are subscriber of broadband connection on no.[protected]. we have complaints regarding it.tried to solve many times but couldn't get answers.
1) whenever we switch on we got message of "limited or no connectivity" it remains in on &off
2) we have package of 250/ monthly for that perhaps 500MB but can't know how much have been used.
3) tried to be member or bsnl portal but in add on phone account couldn't find UNIQUE ID as shown in sample.
4) request to change a package is also not taken.
hope you will take notice to our probelms. otherwise when connection works it works excellentaly.
