Hi,
I've an docomo sim that's been deactivated unfortunately from the past 8months. Now i want to get it activate again. Please help of out of this problem. I tried recharging it online but recharge failed thrice and now the sim is showing as invalid sim. Kindly resolve the problem asap.

Tata Docomo — unable to make calls

I'm not able to make any outgoing calls. It's just saying call is not allowed. I have recharged with 169 still no use. Thing is i'm getting the incoming calls but outgoing are going. Its keep on saying you are not allowed to make calls. From two days onwards it's been this way. Can you please find out a solution for me to make outgoing calls. I even tried turning off my mobile and switching on and off the airplane mode but still no use. Kindly find a solution this. Thank you...

I am facing problem in my mobile as it is continuously asking me the puk code. So can please get my puk code. By mistake my kids have done something on the phone and hence i am getting such a msg. Namaste

We have requested many times, but no one responded on helping for shifting of landline within mumbai city, the tata call center staff is inefficient and not helpful

We requested in june 2019, but they never responded, but we get calls for new landline and broadband connection, then why the existing 5 lines we are holding cant be shifted

I have a docomo sim card which i was not using for a long time, may be four to five months together but i need my docomo sim card now for some work and it's urgent but it's not working, i tried recharging it online but recharge failed thrice.

My tata docomo sim card is showing no service for the past few months. Sometimes network will pop up for a few moment and then dissappear. I have tried restarting the phone but this helps only the moment phone is restarted and there goes same issue. This sim is pretty important since it's link to everything important. My tata docomo sim is not working from last few months, even after recharge it is not sending messages, neither outgoing nor incoming is working. Network is there but still sim nor working. I have visited to airtel shop they did'nt help me with this kindly start my this no.

Due to which my all online transaction has been stopped.

I was using tata docomo sim card number [protected]. I am from gujarat. But my num was deactivated because of some reasons and than after tata docomo shut downs their telecom and merged with bharti airtel. But now that number was registered with one of my bank and without otp i cant manage my account.. So i want to reactivate this number so i went to airtel store. But they told me when the merger happened those numbers which was active at that time is the only numbers we have but mine was deactivate at that time so they don’t have this and cant reactivate. Now docomo is closed and airtel denied...

My data was entered wrong at your end which includes name mismatch, father's name mismatch and date of birth mismatch. The husband's name was entered as the father's name. Because of this i am not being able to get a replacement sim card for my number. As my original correct data in my documents differ with the wrong data entered by your staff. I want an immediate solution to this....

I have lost my mobile phone on sunday 21st september 2019 and sim card in it bearing mobile no.[protected].
I request you to block the service to this number and sim so as to avoid misuse of it.
The sim was registered in the name of Dinesh narayan kamble .
innitially the sim was of Tata docomo and afterwards changed to airtel through portability service....

Someone stolen my fone since is it not when i dial my its says its out of service. Before few months due to no recharge.

Tata Docomo — mcheck on tata processing

I have changed my phone and the repeated mcheck is irriating.
My service provider has been changed to airtel without any former notification, customer support at airtel are unable to help and there is no way of getting in touch with tata docomo over this issue as the call is directly routing to airtel.

Please have this resolved asap.
