BSNL land line[protected] — call identification is not working thought we got permission

Dear Sir,

We have existing BSNL land with Tel No[protected], at H.No 13-6-434/D/64, Jyothi Nagar, Golconda post ,Hyd -8, .We had a fecility of caller identification for the last 7-8 years. Now it is not working and there is a problem in the instrument also.Please restore is immediately.
