My phone is out of order for the last 20 days. Complaint was lodged on 27/7/2012 with No. [protected] but no response despite 11 days period passed. It seems that the phone is installed by me only to make timely payments of their bills.Remains out of order not less than 10 days a month.Details as under:

We have a BSNL Landline in our house. From Last 10 years. But out of 30 days in a month 25 days it is out of order and in rainy season it does not work. We made many complaints an fights but no result. Our exchange name is Farare exchange, Dapoli taluka, Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra State.
