I AM FROM LONDON.MY HOME PHONE LAND LINE IS NOT WORKING DUE TO THE CABLE FAULT SINCE OCTOBER 1ST WEEK.I ALREADY GIVEN COMPLAINT TO HEADOFFICE.BUT NO RESPONSE.MY PARENTS ARE NOT WELL, BOTH ARE TAKING MEDICATIONS DUE TO THEIR HEALTH PROBLEM.SO I NEED TO CALL THEM EVERYDAY.THERE IS NO RANGE FOR MOBILE PHONE BSNL AS WELL.PLEASE DO IT IMMEDIETLY .WE ARE PAYING MONEY SIMPLY I MEAN THE PHONE BILL.WHY SHOULD I PAY IF THE PHONE IS NOT WORKING?
