[Resolved]  BSNL Landline and Broadband — Had Applied for address change 2 months ago,still no progress

My name is Nikhil.I had applied for address change from mahalaxmi layout to vijaynagar on nagarbhavi main road 2months ago and there is no progress on it.On enquiring at the BSNL office at chandra layout,they give reasons saying they do not have the cable wires for providing connection.
