[Resolved] BSNL Landline and Broadband — Out of order from 30 days

My land line phone of no 2351065 is out of order and broadband is also not working from last 30 day complain is also registered vide complain no-4022 on 29/7/09 (before that also complain is given but forgot the complain no as it is not possible to remember all complain nos as it happens several times without respond) but still not any responds what does it means that bsln just try to get the fix rental for both landline and broadband without any service it is not a new case in a month the phone use to be in working condition for 10 days and 20 days it become dead and there is not any responds from bsnl but they never forget to charge for the rental for one month where is service is only for 10 days.is it the policy of bsnl to obtain the rental. BSNL — out of order last 30 days

We have taken a new telephone connection on 25.12.2010 which is done by you on 01.02.2011 which is generally out of service, and then again Last 35 days, out of service, we have made many complaints in BSNL office but there is no any response.

Please do needful as soon as possible about this Telephone No[protected]

BSNL LANDline/broadband service — out of order

I have telephone connection on my father's name having broadband connection No.[protected] ,which works 02 - 03 days in a month.

I repeatedly do the complaint and follow up and on[protected] and 1500 Nos, which is given by BSNL. No result till phone is dead since 02.07.2011.

Earlier it was out of service for more than 42 days so as per advice by BSNL office I wrote application for refund one month back .

But surprisingly again I received full amount bill. No refund for the period of service was down.

Even as on today my service is down but noboday bother reply mail or call.

Kindly help.

Landline — out of order

Dear sir,
My BSNl landline is out of order number is[protected] and voice is unclear and disturbing and i complaint on 198 but they no response. no calls and even we make a call this phone.

Hopefull solve the problem
