I have a landline connection[protected] at A5/24A, sector-71,
Noida.The landline as well as the broadband connections were activated in Apr 08.Broadband has frequent failures as error 678 is displayed and the telephone also stops working. I wanted to lodge complaint on[protected] but there is no response.Even the no[protected] of sec-58 exchange remains busy all the time and if at all the bell rings it is unattended.Off late there has been frequent breakdowns of the broadband as well as landline service, for lodging complaints one has to go to the exchange personally.Whenever I want to start the internet it doesn't connect.BSNL is requested that the complaint registering nos should be properly attended to.If frequent breakdowns continue in the landline & broadband connections then I will be forced to surrender the connection.
