[Resolved] BSNL Landline — No action on complaints | |||
Sir/madam, I am a customer of BSNL landline in Bareilly. I have a land line connection which is dead for more than 5 months. I have complained for it many times. But the company did not take any action about it. on the other hand the company is sending the bills regularly. I want to know that if my connection is dead then how the company can send me bills without solving my complaint. I am highly unsatisfied with the services of BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limeted). Sub: The complaint letter BSNL connection for both Phone and Broadband.
I am paid the payment of Rs.1125/-only for broadband connection and also purchased the phone separately to the connection on 19/10/11 itself. But they still not give the connection to us. Many times i am dialed to the customer care number 2702266 and asked them for the connection but they never gave me the response for it. They told to me, line connection person is in Diwali leave who is going to give the connection for phone through the line. Next day i am called to that same number one of the lady attended the phone and gave to me the irresponsible answer if you are not awaiting for it disconnect the BSNL connection, i am really disappointed by this answer from BSNL employee.
I want very urgent for BSNL connection but more than 1 month was over they never take any steps to give the connection.
So, please accept my complaint and take any action quickly for the connection.
I would dispatch the BSNL Demand Note and Receipt for further referrence to take immadiate action for the connection.
