BSNL Landline — Land line dead for 15 days

The complaint on Land line registered No 1025 on 19th April is still un - rectified.. The land line number is 26728706. The siteman checked for connection default at the site and per him it is fine. The issue is at the exchange .. What ever is the case, there is no point in having a dead phone always.. this is the 4th time that the phone is dead for such a long duration ...

My landline telephone no. 23513974 is not working since 15 days. I already registered complaint through 198. Please do the needful. Matter most urgent.

WE ARE THE SUBSCRIBER OF MATAI, RAJNAGAR. FOR LAST 15 DAYS LANDLINES OF THIS AREA (RAJNAGAR) IS DEAD. WE HAVE COMPLAINED AT MATAI EXCHANGE, BUT FAILD. PLEASE HELP US TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THIS IS HAPPENING FREQUENTLY FOR LAST FEW YEARS. AS A RESULT WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT WITH OUR RESIDENCE & WITH OTHER PLACES.

Tele; 25239428 in continuation of my complaint yesterday charging you a lose of Rs.50, 000/- apart from mental tourture it seems you are playing with a senior citizen not caring his agony. Today some people came and disturbed me varifying My name and address . I have not seen them working or the phone line is repaired
I[censored] r incapable of providing quality service please return deposited amount along with Rs.50, 000/- so that I can take service from other service provider. It becomes cheaper also for me since I am living only on pension amount .
Mr.Raja will not come to my help to make money to keep a dead phone at my resaidence.
ACCEPT YOUR INCAPACITY AND PAY BACK MY CLAIMS SO THAT I WILL BE FREE FROM WORRIES.

I am here because my telephone is dead from couple of months.We have complaint at near exchange but we don't get response for my complaint. My telephone is not disconnect but it's not working. sir i have paid all of my out standing bills on 30th sept 2011 but my connection till not repaired its dead till the telephone no.is [protected] please kindly solve my problem as per aspossible.
