BSNL Landline — No action even after repeated complaint booking

My landline phone has been out of order since 2 months now. Every time i register a complain at the BSNL customer care they give me a new complaint no. to which no action has been taken till now. This has been repeated for 3 times now. Finally i registered the complaint at the respective S.D.O. office of my area but still there has been no action.
This type of negligence is quite painful. What is the point of having a 'Customer Care' service when there is no care for the customers at all.

My land phone at Veliyam, Kottarakara, Kollam is also facing the same problem. Even after repeated complaints, there is no action taken. Complaint was given to customer care also. What is the use of "customer care"- simply a farse. Not at all efficient.

My Land Line Telephone number[protected] not working past 2 months
I have complaint through Online Complaint Booking ( Docket number is [protected] dt 07.10.2010)
Informed through our Area Line Man (Mobile number is [protected])

Kindly take necessary action immediately
And I have applied for broadband also

Sir my Landline number is[protected] it is not working more than last 15 months,
I have already complaints more times(complaint said to V.kallipalayam exchange, Pongalur J.E Sir, Palladam Exchange, Register 198, and then line man. pls ready soon and bill only come every two months one, Lineman not come.
