Land line — 4 month bill not received

dear Sir

we are using your land line phone no. is[protected]
this Phone is disnonected due to not paid bill, we are unable to pay due bill because we have not received 4 months bill yet

please send us call details and bill by mail id - [protected]@asianlak.com
i want to complanit of moga punjab staff very bad
bad and miss communicate with customer
not proper duty
behaviour also very wrong

we have not recieved the phone bill of the month january for the telephone num[protected] . So, please send the ph bill as early as possible for not paying the late fee.

We need caller details for the no:[protected](coimbatore).For this we had a word with superior authority regarding to send the caller details with phone bills, he told that send your issues directly to mettupalayam branch its not possible to report to mettupalayam branch directly .From here to mettupalayam near about 4 hrs journey.Please consider this and do the needful for us.
I got installed a new telephone connection on 9 Apr 2009. Still I have not received telephone bill of my landline tele No.[protected] for the month of Apr 2009. Though I have made the payment on seeing amount to be paid on BSNL portal. I tried to contact the Account Officer(Bill) on 5 June 09, but there was a response that we have not such detail. Please do needful and send bill by post regularly. The telecome circle is Jammu(J&K).

Land line — Abstract bills sent

In my Bill No.T[protected]Y dtd.04-09-09 for Land Line, metered calls shown 321, but in
another way Gross calls shown 14413, accordingly bill amount Rs.18150/- sent, which is not under stood. Not only that for my EV-DO, bill amount sent for Rs.2175/- vide BillNo.T[protected]
dtd 04-09-09, wherein if EV-DO purchased from BSNL, then monthly bill will be imposed for Rs.550/- & taxes will be extra.

BSNL Landline — BSNL LandLine not yet received

Dear sir,

I applied for new telephone connection for Broadband internet connection.I applied on[protected]. They said within 10 days i would receive. Not yet received. I asked them they gave Lineman number.but it s always switched off. Please take notice of it.
