BSNL Landline — Dead Phone[protected]

I have a BSNL land line in Lucknow bearing phone number[protected] which is dead for almost a 2days now. The bill of above phone is not reaching to our address during 3-4 years.

Dead Phone[protected]
I have a BSNL land line in Lucknow bearing phone number[protected]which is dead for almost a month now, I have registered my complaint . I lodged my complaint on 198 and I got the complaint number A1443, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED TILL DATE the phone is still not working
