[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — Not attending the complaint by officials after my complaint

Iam shaji my phone number [ landphone] is not working from the last 5 weeks.
after complainig serveral time. there is no one listenting me. still this time we have no payment due.

My land line phone dead last february 13 2009. We had complaint on 198 and got complaint no. 30. After that we had given written complaint to Ghaziabad telephone exchange last sataurday. Till date no but has taken action against this. So please make necessary step to rectify the complait of my Telephone.

Land Line 2612739 — Telephone complaint

Dear Sir,

My Residence telephone number[protected] was not working for the last 4 months, After a repeated reminder nobody turned up till date, Last time I have personally visited the Shadara East telephone Exchange & registred the complaint again. They told your rent will be reducing and you will not get any bill with call charges, But i received the bill today & they charged the same rent and call charges for 57 calls, how it is possible bcos my phone was not working for the last 4 months., Now I have decided to disconet the telephone and the department will arrange to return my security deposit immeidately, No other option hae been left in this time and suggesting that nobody will take BSNL Connection form Ghaziabad.
