[Resolved]  BSNL - Landline — Delay in phone transfer

Its almost 3 weeks since I submitted a written application to BSNL (in Jaynagar 7th Block Commercial office) for transferring my landline (from J P Nagar 2nd Phase to Arekere, Bangalore). Despite reminding them so many times I am still waiting for transfer to happen. Reason for delay quoted to me was that they had lost my application from the file. This is shocking. Company must understand the problems caused to the customer due to the inefficiency and indifference of its employees.

MY BSNL LANDLINE NO:[protected].I AM STAYING AT NALLASOPARA AT VASAI TALUKA IN THANE.IN AUGUST 2008, MY LANDLINE TRANSFERED ORDER HAS PASSED BUT TILL NOW THERE IS NO PHONE IN MY HOUSE.NUMBER OF TIMES I HAD VISITED TO BSNL OFFICE AND THEY TOLD COME AFTER ONE WEAK, AFTER THAT COME NEXT WEAK, COME AFTER 8-10 DAYS, NEXT WEAK PAKKA.IF THIS IS PAKKA SO WHAT ABOUT KACHHA.NOW I THINK TO PURCHASE TATA WIRELESS AND ABOUT TRANSFER, SO IT WILL BE DONE IN NEXT LIFE.
