[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — telephone is dead more than 6 months

Dear Sir/Madam,

I N Aravindakshan, Managing partner of Sunshine Plastics, Kannur, sending this mail to inform you that My landline is not working for more than one month.In this Number Broadband is also going and i am paying Rs.500/- every month for Broad Band.My connection is in Mambaram Exchange which is in under KANNUR SSA. I had given complaints so moany times to your departments.
and also in our Exchange.but they are not providing any service for repairing the Landline.
Because of this Landline Mistake i cant doing my business properly.i having huge problems because of this mistake.

Please take this mail as coplaint and take necessary action for repairing the Landline Connection

This is to bring to your kind notice that after repeated intimation the telephone exchange in Vaniyappara is not responding to our complaint.In my house the mobile phone connectivity is not
availlable.The only way of connection with the outside world is restricted with this fault.Please take this mail as coplaint and take necessary action for repairing the Landline Connection
