[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — FREQUENT DISCONNECTION OF LANDLINE

In my home BSNL landline phone is often not working.Recently for the past 20 days its not working and also its in rural area I dont know to whom I have to complaint because if I complaint to nearest exchange(Viragalur) they are not taking care my complaints. Phone no is[protected]. It is urgent request. Please do the needful

My landline no. is[protected] and from last 1 n half months my phone is not working, in last 1 month only 2 days my landline no. was working then again it got disconnected. I have complaint many times but i have not received any response of your side. Everytime i was told by your technicians that we will look after the matter. I am really fed up of this problem.

I request you to pls look after this problem seriously or pls disconnect my services after letting me know and give my deposit back. I am really not satisfied with your services.
