[Resolved] BSNL Landline — line fault

good morning sir my name is manoj and i am working in dubai ,in my home i have a land line connection wich is not working from last 3 months.it belongs to palakad district muthuthala exchange.complaint belongs to this number [protected] from last 3 months we are giving complaints but there is response,some time the phone is working.and we have a CALLER ID wich frequently get out of order and we have to replase it frome last 3 month we are changing 2 personal phone.hope that u will take care of it by manoj [protected] Was this information helpful? My BSNL Landline No[protected] with Broad Band Connection

Due to Road widening all telephones of Hinno area is not working /Disconnected since December 2014. It is known to SDO of That area.
But we are getting the Bill .We are paying the bill against your service.When you are unable to provide us service then why you are raising the Bill.

It is my request that kindly verify from your end and do the needful.
