I AM THE USER OF BSNL LANDLINE. IN THE BSNL PORTAL DISPLAY THAT IF THE BILL HAVE PAID ONLINE THAN 1% DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN IN NEXT BILL. SIR I HAD PAID MY BILL ONLINE LAST FOUR MONTHS STILL I HAD NOT RECEIVED 1% DISCOUNT. LET ME KNOW ANY PROBLEM IN THE BSNL PORTAL. I HAVE REGISTERED A GENERAL COMPLAINT IN THE BSNL SITE TWO TIMES BUT NO RESULT FOUND.
