My landline number[protected] is lying dead since 24th.february, 09. Lodged complaint but to no effect. Complaint no. is 35949. Kindly take action.

I had applied online to enable STD on my landline No.[protected], it is almost a year now but till date the STD is not enabled. I even tried contacting custmer care but nothing happened. Pl enable the facility at the earliest.
