[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — My BSNL LANDLINE IS DEAD

i have a landline no...[protected]...dead...from last 18 days...tried 198 several times...it hang up and finishes wid giving docket number..last docket no is..u4923...then i tried to talk to sdo..on no..2451546..and 2451511..several times..he is never there in office...and do not pick..this..number 2052215(mr.chaturvedi).. ...when i talked 1500..and asked..when it will be all right..then they say...bsnl me call karne ke liye dhanyavad.. now please, , tell what to do...
it is a national service...but customer care is extremly annoying...perhaps they are government servent.. so there is no fear of bosses..or inquiries...and.. sometimes theyv are not trained enough about the solutions..

My phone no. is[protected]. It is dead for 10 days. i had complained in BSNL office, but i have not got response yet. whenever i go in BSNL office, they tell me that the problem will be solved . whatever the problem but it is not solved yet. I request you to solve my problem as early as possible.

My landline o[protected] is dead from last 4 days.already complaint was given to local bsnl office.but me not got any responses yet from there..so please take an some action sir.our kindly request u to solve our problem as early as possible...

land line dead for more than 6 months, since the coplaint has been registered no action so far taken
