Can you send me my bill details, my no.2706956, in the name o[censored]sha Shirodkar, Minguel Furtado Rd., Margao-Goa.

My telephone no is 2214504, & we are the customer of BSNL since 5 years and nowdays the phone is out of service for 1 month. Even after writing complaints for so many times no body is looking into the mater even after the phone is out of order i.e. set is completely dead we are still being charge the rental.so we have to pay the money even when we are not making call so instaed of wasting of money simply we are thinking of permenent closure of telephone just because of your bad service. And in the upcoming years if this being the case your company might loose the larger numbers of customers only because of your bad sevice ..

i m a bsnl landline customer.(customer ID:[protected] we receive the bill (in duplicate) of excess amount Rs.2012.00 for the month of April as pared to the other months.
