BSNL Landline — Dead since 6 months

my telephone no[protected] is dead from 5/09/2013 i received monthly bill regularly and will pay regular nearly i am using your service last 21 years but this time i wii coplant to officer he says that problem is cable folt but he dont have any cable in his store or hole dist not cable avileble in main store . so u can disconect the connection so you tell me what i do in this time
