I am a bsnl land line user for past 8 years. last year we moved to a new place within baroda, gujarat. Since then our nightmare has started. This year since the beginning we are having too many problems. I started using the online portal provided by the bsnl for this purpose but they dont update the status of the complaints there so you can't post new complaints. When ever we make new complaits using 198 they just set it to resolved, even if the phone is not working.
Since the past one month our land line is out of order but the bsnl official just dont care. I went to the person called patil, he always gives the reply that its cable fault and he cannot say when it will be fixed. i need some help is taking up the legal framework to fight not. I tried finding the person called Chauhan, who is his superior, but he is never available.
This is getting ridiculous. Plz can any body guide me on to how to take up the legal route ie the consumer court.

BSNL — Irresponsible.
THIS NUMBAR IS NOT WORKING IN REGULARLY AND PROPPERLY IN LAST THREE WEEKS NOW THAT PHONE TOTALLY DEAD. WE ARE DOING COMPLAINTS IN LAST THREE FOUR DAYS BUT WE ARE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLAY FOR YOUR SIDE VERY VERY BAD RESPONSE AT YOUR END.WHAT IS THIS THIS IS VERY TOO MUCH .
