Our Factory (Invent Bio-Med Pvt Ltd, SEZ, Diamond Park, Sachin) land line complaint given at 198 compurized customer complaint on 11/07/2009. He give me Docait No.8334, 8336, but telephone coplaint not attend any person. so pls repaire our telephone as earlier possible

WE ABOVE TELEPHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE 20 DAYS AND WE HAVE ALREADY FILED COMPLAINT BEARING NO: B0675, TILL TODAY NO ANY PERSONS OF BSNL HAS ATTENDENT THIS COMPLAINT.ON MAKING NUMBER OF TELEPHONIC REQUEST ON FOLLOWING NO: 25461200, 25471087, 25463335, 2017, 4022, [protected], [protected], 25435858, 25435141 AND 25435555. NO BODY IS RESPONDING THIS COMPLAINT.

our phone has a lot of importance in our office but unfortunately from last one week our no 2482301 is not working and is dead we made complaints on 198, couple of times but no one came to look in to the matter it has become a regular exercise for us to contact on 198 and get no responce u r requested to look in to the matted at earliest
