[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — DUE TO CONNECTION

sir my name is manish namdev I apply for landlinewith broadband bbuld1000 last 2 month but they not response to me. thay say to me wait for more some time with no cause. they say cable is not available and your nearest con box is not working. they didnot repair.I reg complane to sdo bsnl but thay not satisfide me .

Dear sir/mam,
My landline phone[protected] is not working properly, if i complient also they not response, And i went directly to Bsnl office in vriddhachalam at cuddalore (dist), Tamilnadu, regarding to check the outgoing call list, baz i feel my phone bill Amount is too heavy.but the employee said for 1 month, the outgoing call list will come to your home.but still its not yet.if i call to cuddalore bsnl office they said you go and get directly.but vriddhachalam bsnl office employee said not to give directly through post only they will send.now my phone is disconnected for 1 month.please take action for this request.
