My tel num is [protected], also i do have broadband connection from february.usually i got 50 to 100 rupees bill.now in feb month i got 800plus, also in the month of march i got 8000 plus.now it cross 10, 000.
i got shocked when i conformed from bsnl authorites,
can u please tell me what should i do, shold i disconnect this burden,
As it is not a goverment service but a burden of 10, 000

You contact the nearest BSNL office and show your history of telephone calls as per old bills. Request them to reduce the bill. They may ask you to pay the bills first. Ask them to reduce the amount may be less than half the bill amount, and then pay it. Visit them frequently for the adjustments. Do your correspondence and complaints in black and white (i.e. in writing).
If you have a Broadband connection then you should go for "unlimited download plan".
