[Resolved]  BSNL landline Haryana — landline not working from 30days

i have bsnllandline phone for many years my tel. no. is [protected] but i have surrender my telephone bsnl pehowa kurukshetra haryana in november 2007 but till date i have not recieved my refund order plz help

I am a BSNL customer last 10 years. Last one month, I have BSNL broadband 750 unlimited connection. But my internet connection not working, because my telephone wire is damage. Many times I went to BSNL office, but they not change my wire last one month. I will pay my bill without use internet connection, so I not agree with BSNL customer service. Please help me and change my telephone wire through BSNL office.

Hamara BSNL ka landline No.[protected] months se bhi jyda dino se sahi kam nahi kar raha hai.
Line main bahoot hi disterbence hai. Line par broad band ka connection bhi jo ki labhag 2 months se lagbhag kharb hi rahta hai. Bahoot bar complaint bhi ki hai par koi solution nahi hota. plz. mera phone jaldi se jaldi thiik karwane ki vyvastha ki jave.

maine kafi bar exchange mein complaint bhi ki hai par koi solution nahi hota. plz. mera Broadband jald se jald thik karya jaye.

BSNL LANDLINE NOT WORKING FROM 12 DAYS

mera bsnl ka landline phone 12 dino kharab hai
kabhi phone chal jata hai kabhi band ho jata hai
maine matheri shekhan telephone exchange me mobile se complaint
likhwai thi par koi solution hahi hua

maine 198 par complaint likhwai thi par wahan se bhi koi solution nahi hua

maine[protected] ko nodal officer[protected] number par bhi complaint kari thi par abhi koi
solution nahi hua

( 2 month pehle bhi mera phone kharab ho gaya tha khafi bar exchange main complaint karne ke
