[Resolved] BSNL Landline — Miscellaneous Bill

Sir,I was taken wll connection on 20/04/2009 for internet use,But due to technical reason of BSNl, i was not geeting Internet facility,I therefore converted this connection into BSNL Broadband .In this case also i was deprived from service for two or three months due to cable cable break down.Though SDE(Hojai)&DE(Nagaon) was concern about this matter ,unfortunately i have receive bill of entire period.I complain about this matter but i yet not get posetive responce.Therefor please enquire all this matter and provide me a correct Bill.

i have problem with my telephone bill months for june 2010 & july 2010.actually my lanline phone was dead in june & july month for 15 days each.i went towords nagpur sakkardara telephone office but no response from there side. kindly help me by giving justice. thanking you.
