My landline[protected] located in krishnagir district under the control of singarapettai exchange, it is not working for the past 15 days, I have booked complained in the nearby exchange several times but there is no response, so i request you to respond this complaint do my needful as soon as possible.

My landline [protected] Kerala state Pathanamthitta District Elavumthitta Exchange, it is not working for the past 16 days. I had informed several times but no response. again this problem noted their complaint registere book. But no response. After from 16th January daily comaplaint noted their automatic registere system. complaint number E231. So I request you to respond this complaint do my needful as soon as possible. Thanks
