I regret to bring this to your notice as in this changing world where customer service is a priority our Govt. owned BSNL is failing to set its priority straight.
This mail comes to you on behalf of Mr. Dwarka Prasad who regret to subscribe the services of BSNL (Telephone No:[protected]. This land line had been out of service for last 2 weeks and after multiple reporting of complaints at Local (Complaint No: BH 6381) and Zonal Level (Jaipur Complaint No: 7242498) there haven’t been any progress of its redressal. The divisional complaint officers have not been able to give any conclusions and concrete answers over the line malfunction and neither the CGM’s Office at Jaipur.
As a request I am writing you to kindly take an immediate action and redress this complaint with an utmost urgency.

If the telephone bill paying is little late from the customer the concern BSNL personnel is ready to disconnect the connection quickly. I thinking the telephone facility is for our emergency& Preliminary requirements in the current human life. I have hope if giving instruction to the Concern BSNL department personel it will cleared with in one hour. So please do needful...
