[Resolved] BSNL Landline phone — Landline phone dead for past 2 weeks

Sir, My phone number is[protected]. We have broadband connection also.The landline is completely dead for the past one week but the broadband connection is working.. The compliant has been registered. The fault is not yet attended. It is kindly requested to attend to the fault immediately preferably on Saturdays, since both are employed. My landline phone is dead from the past one week which is a cause for great inconvience for me.
I made a complaint on the bsnl number 198.
They told me the complaint no:- i.e 200453, but nothing has been done
