[Resolved]  BSNL — landline phone is dead

sir i m using bsnl landline from last 9 yrs. but
i m not satisfied with their service

and now my phone is dead from last 20 days. i comlaint it so many times. my phone set also not working it is not change during these yrs

and now my phone is dead from last 12 days. i comlaint it so many times.

Our house is very far from telephone poll therefore it's a big problem of wire breaking frequently.

BSNL TELEPHONE LINE — Phone dead for about a year

Dear Sir,

Our BSNL phone connection was dead for about a year, it was notified to the sub station. Please take a necessary action and repair our phone connection. It would be really helpful

BSNL rajasthan — land line bill payment

mene aaj 17.08.2011 ko mere land line no. [protected] ka bill online payment kiya tha mere netbanking se.
sir mere account se balance to 1391/- deducted ho gya hai par mera bill amount bsnl me deposite nhi hua hai.
so please sir check it

Sir i am using land line number[protected] which is dead since last many days i have already registered a complaint but did not get any response from BSNL office. Could you pl. look in to the matter.

my landline phone having Number[protected] is laying dead from first week of march. I have made complaint online having complaint No. is [protected] on dated[protected]. I have visited so many times to local Telephone exchange, but they always asked to solve the problem within two days, but did not do anythings. My last complaint number is HAR/CO/2013/2264.

please look into the matter and do needful to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
