[Resolved]  BSNL Landline phone — my landline phone no 2380315 is dead since 29/6/2011 docket no.111215 and lying still dead not aware in how much time it will be rectified.

My land line phone no 2380315 is dead since 29/6/2011 and I am not aware when it will be rectified. At least 50 phone calls has been made for chasing, after registration of the complaint on computer , docket no 111215 dated 29/6/2011every body gives me another phone no to complaint , some body said it is on pillar no 14, and the poor linemen are having more than 40 complaints how they can rectify say to senior officers.'your complaint has been noted down by the lineman and will be rectified. now i have been fad up and stop making any call.But I don't know when my phone complaint will be attended.
