[Resolved] BSNL Landline phone — not working

Dear Sir,

My landline No.is 2575803. it is not working since more than two months and also my given complaint. The complaint was trace outed it is instrument probelem. But phone incoming and outgoing calls are not possible to call.However monthly bills are regularly came and its bills paid promtly. kindly rectify my phone and give your kind your services.

Sir;
My telephone number KZM[protected] and consumer number 2515940. Last two years my telephone not working properly some time it is dead and creating disturbs noise .many and lot of time complaints to call center and local exchange kizhakkambalam also. Many times my complaint closes your call center without visiting the line man at my residence. My complaint no response from the executive engineer kizhakambalam .That guy telling cable fault no responsibilities is in my case in BSNL kizhakkambalam office .So please give me a solution for proper working of my phone at your end .please give me a reply to me.

Hi, My phone no[protected] its not working properly(out of order) for more than 6 months and we have complaint many times in (LADINAKA) BSNL office in Ambarnath (W) and called in customer care also, though all the bills were paid. No proper action is taken from there side. Please look in to this issue and take necessary action.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
