I have given a letter for shifting my landline from anchepet to aaikpet Bangalore on 8 may 2009 My No. is[protected] Order has been passed on 14 may 2009 Order No.11065603. I am repeated following with BSNL office for my landline shifting but find no soloution Reply from BSNL that they dont have cabel & will take 1-2months more This conection is from more than 10 years hence cannot even change no. Even my landline phone shifting is in pending state from past 1 month. They tell one or the other silly reasons. They don't have attitude towards serving customers.

Shifting of telephone in BSNL seems to be a near impossible task. My advise would be to go for a new telephone / broadband connection. Even I have applied for shift from Brookefields Exchange to Kavalbyrasandra Exchange more than 2 months ago. I am yet to get the telephone shifted leave alone broadband...
