[Resolved]  BSNL Landline — not giving proper service

BSNL internet service — not giving proper service

I purchase a new sim (3 G service ) for internet accesses paid Rupees 4200 plan for talk to my family from Canada.
it was very worst i could not even speak to my family and the downloading speed was very poor
the customer care center in thanjavur not responding
and their treatment also very poor.

because of I am in Canada I am at present in canada I sent my wife to their customer cervice center in thanjavur office

even they collect some adl charges for top up 60 rupees and data charge 460/=

i don't know what they r doing
and eventhough i am not getting good connection

in this regard whome i should contact

my phone no is [protected].from last more than 2 weeks my phone is not working.i have complaint somany time to bsnl pulappatta office but nobody responding from office.not happent this first time before many time like this.many time informed this complaint from my personal number.my telephone is working only 4-5 days in weeks.i have internet connection on this line this also not working from 2 weeks.they yet not take any action for my complaint.
Hence i want to solve the problum.because the main problum of this filure internet is not working. am very dissatisfied because this problum not solved until now
so please attend this immediately
