BSNL- Indrayaninagar, Bhosari Pune.
I renewed my broadband internet service by paying @ 5700 in Dec 2007. After using the service for few months, my phone line (and so internet also) becomes DEAD (March 2008). There was no communication from BSNL about this. We launched the complaint through phone.
After few weeks we heard from neighbors that all the BSNL lines are dead in Indrayaninagar area.
We waited few months after learning from others that BSNL is setting up new exchange for Indrayaninagar.
Nothing happened after 4-5 months. So I went to BSNL Bhosari main center with a written complaint and asked them about the status. Same reply- "It will start in few weeks or month".
I waited for few more months. NOTHING happened.
I reached BSNL office again with old and new complaint letter and this time asked them to refund the amount I paid for the internet 8 months back. The manager signed the complaint and gave me back. NOTHING HAPPENED.
Today it is Jan 2010 and I heard that still BSNL officers there, gives same reply to the people of Indrayaninagar that the lines will start in a month or so.
I have not yet got the refund, neither apologize letter, neither regret letter, neither any notice and any other communication from BSNL on this issue.

BSNL — disconnection of internet server
the broad band server is very slow as it result in disconnecting of the server and also gives slow speed to my computer so i humble request you to please take an action soon .................telephone no. [protected]
