Dear Sirs,
Lot o[censored]nauthorised deductions are taking place from my above prepaid cell no, wehose service provider is BSNL. Also tariffs charged to me since September 2010 are very high. I am being charged for services which I have never availed or never subscribed. now balance showing is negative Rs. 40/- which is not acceptable.
For other no [protected] - even when sim was inactive it has accepted top up, which is ridiculous. On this no also lot of deductions have been done earlier, which are not authorised neither I have availed those services.
Even after writing complaints and following up, there is no satisfactory answer and the concerned person is not available. In one earlier case, if pleaded helplessness, since he does not have access to the call history and has to rely on what Pune office tells him on phone.
Its not a matter of money but principle, and in this case I feel our money (there are many such customers as per complaint register) is siphoned off for covering up inefficiency of BSNL.
I would be obliged if you look into this matter urgently.

like me there are several other people facing the same problem. your office personnels unable to do any thing to resolve this problem.
unwillingly, now i am forced to change the service provider. I shall wait for another month and then go for other service provider if not attended the complaint.
