This is to inform you that I am a customer of BSNL having Mobile No. is [protected] (Prepaid Mobile Service).
I am suffering a problem from service provider for last few months which I want to explain you.
On 23rd January, 2011 Company (BSNL) deducted Rs.20 from my TALK TIME BALANCE without any Intimation rather without any reason. After that I immediately called to customer care (No.[protected]) and lodge a complain (No.A23WB110801) to know the reason on the same day. After this I rang up to customer care several time but unable to get any response or feedback from them.
On 17th February, 2011 your company deducted further Rs.30 from my TALK TIME BALANCE and I again do the same as mentioned in the earlier paragraph having complain (No. B17CD214204). After vigorously followed up, AGAIN they are SILENT.
I beg for the help from various complain department of BSNL but they are unable to solve my problem, just they send mail to each other but not take any positive action.
More of this, today on 19th March, 2011 BSNL further deducted Rs. 30/- from my TALK TIME BALANCE. Now I am just hopeless for repeatedly THIRD time TAKE TIME BALANCE deduction from my account in last TWO month.
For your kind information I am not rented any VALUE ADDED SERVICE from service provider. It is therefore requested to you kindly educate me how can I solve this problem.
