Dear Sirs,
I applied for BSNL-may way IPTV on 24th Jan 2010. I was promised a connection within a week.
I did not get the connection even after a lapse of more than a month and added to that my Internet (broadband BSNL) has become very very erratic since I have applied for IPTV.
I once got a call from 'myway' telling me that they are testing the Internet and I complained about the erratic service of Internet. I was told it because they are trying to give me IPTV I may have disturbance in the Internet. I was promised they explain the matter to the concerned Linemen and the staff of BSNL how to rectify the defect.
I told 'mayway' people that the Internet connection will be alright in the morning but from 4 O'clock in the evening the DSL lamp starts blinking and I do not get the Internet connection. At times when I get connected to the Internet then I will get the message 'unable to find the server'.
I am in Investor in the share market and Internet connection is very important for me.
Could somebody try to do something so that I get the Internet connection properly. And if it is no possible to give me 'mayway' connection. Please refund my Rs. 1,500/- which I have paid.

telephone, Broadband, IPTv — All went o/o order
I am a subscriber of telephone, broadband & IPTv (cable TV ) services provided by MTNL. It is my experience that one should not subscribe all the services from a single vendor because all the services may get disrupted in one go & one is left totally helpless in absence of all these services which is quite necessity these days. My internet connection remains o/o for full 7 days, then telephone & IPTV also gets disrupted & now I am not being able to view bare necessary news for the last 3 days.Manmeet Singh
