intentionally your (chandrakant your excecutive) giving me 1000 bsnl stream sms (till now sms is coming after switch off the mobile and sim out). i was unable to make my emergency call.
take legal decision otherwise customer will go to other network.
this issue should short out fast becase i am a service man and i have to make 50 calls per day to my manager.
listen the call and then take decision.

BSNL — misbehave by customer care
SIr,due 2 my ignorance regarding my newly got bsnl mobile connection,i went for taking assistance from BSNL customer care.I made my call on 9.18 pm,27/3/2010.
But to my surprise the customer care executive was in no good mood to clarify my doubts.it seems that he was on a bias to solve his customers.I am dejected.
I request your kind atttention in to this matter at your earliest convenience and
please let me ensure the necessary action taken against the same.
