BSNL Mobile — amount deduction

I requested to activate net . card . for one day validity but bsnl activated it for 30 days and deducted . balance of 111 . rs
There is no response of . complaining against it on customer care.

Deducted Rs.30/-as caller tune from mob.no.[protected].
Deducted Rs.30/-+Rs.15/-=Rs.45/-as caller tune and change of song from mob.no.[protected].
without informing me as I had never taken such caller tunes in last 10 Years from BSNL mobile.
On 10 August11,I went to the office and cacelled the same services by sending SMS to the provider but till now I have not get any message from company.after a long time spending customer service also not responding for my complaint.
Please do the needfull.
