[Resolved] BSNL — mobile balance deduction | |||
I am using BSNL prepaid mobile connection having no. [protected]. I am facing a problem that my balance is deducting continuously. When I talk to customer care they said you applied for some internet services but I had not applied for any such services & my mobile phone does not support any internet access. Customer care person also said that they are not responsible for activating any service & they don’t know how it is activated on your mobile phone they are here for only disconnecting any such services (This work is also not done by them because I am applying for disconnecting my services from 26/10/2012 but the same answer is given by customer care that they have disconnected the service online & no balance will deduct in future) I am Helplessssss!!!!! Here are deduction details & complained nos. 21/10/2012 =5 rs. 26/10/2012 =5 rs. complained booked & no is J26HR303969 31/10/2012 =10 rs. complained booked & no is J31HR305695 02/112012= complained booked & no is K02HR301503 02/11/2012= complained booked & no is K02HR301979 05/11/2012= 10 rs. complained booked by c.c. executive named pooja not given any complained no. they fraud with me from last 15 days and a overall balance 30 rs. is deducted from my account.
