i want to stop service BZ-ONMOBS from my mobile please note my number [protected]

I am frequently receiving unwanted SMS from no +[protected] and Rs 6 deducted from my balance every time. I have lost more than Rs.100 of my prepaid balance. Please stop this service. My mobile no is [protected]
Deducting my balance for cricket service and chat messenger services of Rs.15 each for more than 6 months. I have tried to stop this by calling to customer care number of BSNL but there is no option for me to stop a service. Actually I didn't use these services yet, but BSNL is renewing these services without any query and charging me. So I want to refund my money.
